2.Can I get samples?
Sure! We usually provide existing sample for free, but customized sample need to be in charge.
Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity. Samples usually will be delivered by UPS, DHL, FEDEX or TNT under your ID account or by collected, or we can prepay the cost for you, you could pay for us on this website as buying a sample way.

3.How long is the lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it will takes 2-3days, and samples are for free. But if you want your own designs,for screen printing or new colors etc, it will take 5-7days.

It takes around 20- 25 working days for MOQ,our capacity is 50,000-60,000pcs per days, so we can ensure the fast delivery time for large orders.

5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Usually need AI or PDF version to make a clear and beautiful logos or printings;for mould opening products, we can make 3D drawings for you for free as long as the project was confirmed.
